Rachel focuses on integrity, hard work and creative solutions in every detail of a real estate transaction. She was born and raised in Indiana, calling the little town of Speedway home before moving to the Carolinas in 1997. She and her family fell in love with the Carolinas- the gorgeous blue skies, the mild weather, the beach, the mountains. What’s not to love? The Fort Mill area, especially stood out. Initially for the top rated schools, but soon she found out it was so much more. With the conveniences of a big city and the quaintness of a small town, it instantly felt like home for her. Understanding the challenges that come with relocation, she loves to help others, making a similar transition to the area, to find that special place they can call home.

Rachel and her husband Jeff, have been married for 30 years, raised two beautiful, successful children and are now enjoying being grandparents for the first time. Faith and family have always been driving factors in major life decisions. Together, Jeff and Rachel are very involved in a volunteer ministry that focuses on helping those in the community.  She is also an avid baker, known for surprise cupcake drops. 

Throughout her professional life, from a teenager working at the local mall to real estate expert today, she has developed the skills necessary for a career in sales such as great communication, artful negotiation and creative marketing. Rachel uses her experience and foresight to serve her clients, helping them to achieve their heart’s desire. 


Steve Scott is a real estate professional who helps buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of the home buying or selling process with their best interests at heart. Steve has spent his life advocating for his clients whether that be championing their cause or fighting for them as the underdog.
Before starting a career in the real estate business Steve spent 25 years fighting for the self-employed to find quality health insurance. Steve co-founded Pacific Benefits Group and grew it to be one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerages servicing 48 states and helping over 55,000 clients find affordable health insurance.
After selling Pacific Benefits Group in 2011, Steve has now taken that same passion to help others in real estate. He has a very personal understanding of the feelings and emotions that are involved in the buying and selling of a home.
Steve loves gardening, traveling and is an avid foodie and cook.
